Connections

Connections is designed to provide support specifically for breast cancer survivors, fighters, co-survivors, and caregivers–beginning at the moment of diagnosis. The goal is to create connections to others for support and meaningful interaction; to information about all aspects of breast cancer and treatment through educational experiences such as webinars and special events; and to wellness through activities, opportunities, and webinars.

Connections fills a need for resources that focus on the unique challenges of our family, friends, co-workers, and neighbors who are battling breast cancer. Conceived by a local task force, the program is funded in part by the generosity of The CH Foundation.
